Ultra Luxurious and hypoallergenic viscose fabric covering promotes natural airflow to help regulate body temperature for more comfortable sleep. Woven on precision computerized looms, the fabric is produced to exacting specifications, ensuring consistent quality, durability, and a smooth, refined feel night after night.

Mongolian Camel hair has an exceptional ability to dissipate moisture for a dryer sleeping environment, and naturally regulates temperature. As has been done for centuries, the herdsmen hand comb the Camel’s hair in the Spring time removing the loose hair. The soft fine Camel hair is then separated from the outer, more coarse hair. This pure undercoat is luxurious and soft, and is cleaned, and then converted into consistent layers for us to use in our mattress production.

Cashmere, Silk, and French Wool blend into an exquisite upholstery layer of ultra-high-end natural fibers that ventilate body heat while providing luxurious cushioning. Cashmere, from Kashmir Goat underfleece, is exceptionally soft. Silk insulates against heat and cold while resisting mildew and mites. French Wool adds strength, promotes air circulation, and resists dust mites—creating royal-quality comfort.

Made from wood pulp and silica (sand), our natural flame barrier contains no carcinogenic chemicals and is Prop 65 compliant. Soft, flexible, and breathable, it enhances comfort while preventing flames from penetrating the mattress. Compostable and environmentally responsible, it is recognized as a natural product by the U.S. Trade Commission.

Located underneath the Cashmere, Silk and French Wool layer is a layer of odorless Comfort Fill hypoallergenic polyester fiber for added plushness.

A generous layer of natural Talalay latex delivers plush comfort and targeted pressure relief. Its pincore design promotes airflow to help dissipate body heat. Sourced from rubber tree sap and processed to exacting quality standards, Talalay latex provides resilient, breathable cushioning with long-lasting performance.

Thousands of small micro coils surround the Dream Spring 3100-S pocketed innerspring unit providing extra layers of coils adjusting and contouring to the body for the ultimate in rest and rejuvenation. The Titanium micro coils are individually pocketed and low profile creating a distinctive level of comfort and support.

Pre-compressed French Wool is specially quilted into a dense support pad to provide support of the padding materials on top of the innerspring unit. We quilt the French wool with a special stretch knit cotton fabric to provide extra give and flexibility to allow the Dream Spring 3100-S pocketed innerspring unit to conform to the body’s natural contours.

Our top-of-the-line individually pocketed innerspring system features each coil in its own sleeve, moving independently to conform to body contours while minimizing motion transfer. One of the highest single-layer coil counts available: approximately 3,100 coils in queen, nearly 4,000 in king. At 1″ diameter (versus typical 2″), these thumb-sized springs create an ultra-high-end, conforming innerspring for ultimate support and comfort.

Dream Spring technology features 12-turn coils—more than double typical spring units with 4-6 turns—providing micro-sensitive response to body contours. Progressive support feels initially soft, then firms progressively as weight increases, delivering supple comfort with buoyant support. High-quality European steel is specially heated to align molecules for exceptional strength, superior elasticity, and excellent sag resistance while maintaining flexibility for pressure point relief.

Royal-Pedic mattresses are built with equal comfort layers on both sides, allowing the mattress to be flipped and used evenly. This double-sided construction promotes more balanced wear and enhanced longevity—unlike no-flip designs, which place all padding on a single side.

Features 50% more modular supports in the center-third where 60% of body weight concentrates. Heavy-duty 8¾ gauge coil wire (versus standard 9½ gauge) mounts on 5-star hotel-grade wide slat construction. Upholstered with finest staple cotton padding and heavy-duty cotton undercloth. Unlike typical foundations without give, Royal-Pedic box springs provide flexibility for enhanced suspension and overall comfort.
