All Royal-Pedic mattresses, box springs, pillow-top pads, and adjustable beds are handcrafted to order. Because these products are made specifically for you, all sales are final.

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled, modified, exchanged, or returned for any reason, including but not limited to comfort preference, sizing, or aesthetic considerations.

Clients are responsible for confirming all order details—including dimensions and firmness selections—prior to purchase.

This policy does not affect your rights under Royal-Pedic’s applicable product warranty, which covers qualifying manufacturing defects.
